The rules for using E-Com Asset Studio.

By creating an account or using E-Com Asset Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
E-Com Asset Studio generates AI product images from photos you upload. One generation produces a pack of 6 images and costs 1 credit (₹5 per pack). Prices and free credits may change and are shown in the app.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Acceptable use
- You must own or have the right to use any image you upload.
- You may not upload illegal, infringing, harmful or offensive content.
- You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service.
4. Credits & payments
Credits are consumed when you generate images. A credit is charged only when at least one image is successfully produced. Purchased credits are non-transferable. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the product images in the photos you upload. Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the generated images for your own commercial listings. The Service, its software and branding remain our property.
6. AI-generated content
Images are produced by AI and provided "as is". While we instruct the AI to keep your product consistent, results may vary. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in generated images; please review images before publishing them.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may be updated over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Com Asset Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
